Welcome to The Barn at Yeoland House.
The barn is a wonderful reverse level property set in it's own private garden.

The open plan living area benefits from two stable-doors that can be opened to let a breeze blow through on those hot summer days.

This fabulous bathroom is sure to delight! From the roll-top bath to the shower cubicle, not forgetting the heated towel rail and space!

The kitchen area has a slightly lower ceiling but plenty of clearance for those taller members of the family.

The main bedroom on ground level, to the far end of the barn. The bathroom sits between the two bedrooms with the option of a separate shower-room off the utility-room.

Open plan living at its very best. No detail has been overlooked, with wonderful furnishings, original features and that wonderful wood-burner. No matter the season, this space will be enjoyed by one and all.

After a day of cycling, sit back and flame watch with a glass of wine.

The joy of this room has to be the wonderful vaulted ceiling and large stable-doors that can be opened.

The room benefits from a mezzanine offering a games-area with table-football.

The wood-burner also has a fireguard should you need to zone this area off.

Sit back and relax in this wonderful sitting-area, and enjoy a film.

Time for a relaxed lunch in wonderful surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook up a storm.

The main bedroom is a wonderfully generous room offering a perfect place to recharge at the end of a day.

The main bedroom also benefits from a TV.

The main bedroom is triple aspect, catching the morning, noon and evening sun.

The shower cubicle is oversized for maximum space and luxury. Please note you have to step up and out of the shower.

The main bathroom sits between both of the bedrooms on the ground level.

Bedroom 2 has 'zip and link' beds, so can be either 2' 6

Another bedroom that benefits from multiple windows.

The mezzanine area has a single bed. Owing to it being a bed on the open mezzanine level this room would suit a teenager.

The mezzanine area is not enclosed so the laughter can be heard throughout the barn as the competition around the table-football heats up.

This barn is for all the family including your trusty four-legged friend.

The Barn is accessed via the lower front door, which is your entry door on arrival. The small guest garden to the front of the barn is not fully enclosed.

Time to walk and talk, enjoy the numerous local walks, not forgetting Dartmoor National Park.

Please hold onto the rail as you head up the steps.

The path up to the barn from your own private entrance and parking area. Your area is clearly marked for your enjoyment. Please note that there are steps up from the parking area and the ground is uneven.

The barn sits far enough away from the owners, who are on hand should you require help.

Head up to Brentor Church and be rewarded by this wonderful view, then head back into Tavistock for a coffee.

Dartmoor National Park offers the best of the outdoors and should be explored.

With Dartmoor and the Drake Trail minutes from the barn, remember there is an outhouse to keep your bikes safe and secure.

Pretty Tavistock has some lovely riverside walks.

The ancient Pannier Market in Tavistock takes place every Tuesday and Saturday.
