2 Water Lane is a pretty semi-detached property in the heart of the village.

Everyone can meet around the farmhouse kitchen table and chat about the day's adventures, the perfect sociable gathering!

The cosy snug area between the kitchen and sitting room.

Exposed pine floors and comfy sofas invite you to relax and unwind and in cooler months the wood-burner will keep you warm and toasty.

On winter days the sitting-room, complete with the original wood-burner, will be the heart of the home.

There is plenty of space for everyone to relax around the fire with a good film.

Bedroom two is charming and overlooks the rear garden.

Original features can be found throughout No 2, like this ornamental fireplace.

Located on the second floor is the twin bedroom.

The beds are located beneath the eaves, so please take care.

The bedroom is full of natural light due to the Velux windows.

You can enjoy the fabulous views over St Agnes from the garden area.
