The open plan living area is spacious and light.

The tranquil communal orchard with pond, is the perfect spot to take a hot drink, sit and enjoy the sound of the morning bird song.

The gorgeous kitchen is very well equipped.

The toasty wood-burner is perfect for those chillier days.

Bedroom one leads out onto the decked patio.

Bedroom one has a fabulous en suite bathroom.

The deck is the perfect spot for a pre dinner aperitif whilst swallow spotting.

Why not treat yourself to breakfast in bed.

Gorgeous throws adorn the beds at Swallows Rest.

Bedroom two has a wonderful king-size bed and gorgeous linens.

The secluded outdoor bathtub is the perfect place to soak and enjoy the blissful surroundings.

Your friendly neighbourhood horses who might come up to the fence and say hello.

There is also a hammock which is available to doze in from May until the end of September.

The rather cute pizza oven is available to use from May to October.

The orchard has a pond, so please take care and supervise children and dogs.

There is plenty of parking at this beautiful abode. You also have a shed in which you can store your bikes and surf boards. There is also an outdoor tap which is perfect for rinsing off muddy paws.

The communal games-room is located near the orchard, just across the country lane from Swallows Rest.

Take a leisurely stroll along the River Gannel at Newquay.

Why not have a go at paddle boarding. Newquay has lots of options for all abilities.

Newquay is only four miles away, and has lots of amenities and activities to keep the whole family entertained.

St Agnes is a short drive away, and has a wonderful cove you can splash about in all day long.

Cornwall is famous for its beachside cafes, all serving delicious locally-sourced food and drinks!
