Gyllyngvase beach is a 15 minute walk away, there is a great beachside cafe/restaurant here.

Take the passenger ferry across the Carrick Roads for a day out in St Mawes.

Take the King Harry ferry over the River Fal for a day on the Roseland Peninsula.

Flushing is a gorgeous place to spend the day.

Kynance Cove and the rest of The Lizard is easy to explore from this fabulous base.
