This is the view from the Juliet balcony in the sitting-room, the wall of glass folds back so the fabulous views are unobstructed.

The kitchen is stylish and very well-equipped.

The apartment has a large corner sofa to relax on whilst watching a movie on the Smart TV.

The main bedroom also shares those wonderful sea views and has an en suite shower-room.

Bedroom 2 can be made up as a 6ft double bed or as 3ft twin beds on request.

Recline on the comfy sofa or in one of the stylish armchairs, the choice is yours.

The family bathroom is located opposite bedroom 2.

In the shared courtyard there is a table and chairs, bench seat and washing line for guests' use.

There is a shared lawn next to the building, a perfect spot for relaxation and playtime.

Kennack Sands is a short stroll down the hill, there is a dog-friendly area of beach next to the main beach, just follow the signs when you get down there.

Kynance Bay is one of those places you must visit during your stay.

Coverack bay is a short drive away or an eight mile walk. Enjoy a drink/bite to eat before heading back along the coast path.

The waters are perfect for swimming, the beach has a lifeguard in the main season as well as a beach hut and beach cafe selliing drinks, snacks and ice creams.

The apartment is on the first floor so there is a flight of stairs or a lift.

There are footpaths right on your doorstep or follow the lane around 900 yards to the beach.

Lizard Point, the lighthouse and cafe is another great place to visit.

4 The Beach has fabulous views over the beach.

Pretty Cadgwith Cove is less than two miles away by car or a 35 minute walk including a rather steep hill on the way back, but it is well worth it!
