Ferienhaus in Croyde

3 Schlafzimmer Reetdach dörfliche Ferienhaus. Hundefreundlich. 2.3 Kilometern NE von Croyde, Nord-Devon.

Kentisbury Cottage has an enclosed garden with a wooden fence on one side and a bank and hedging to the other. The garden seating and barbecue are at the bottom end of the garden.

This is a beautifully renovated, very old cottage - there are therefore quite a few internal steps to different areas, steep stairs and some low beams - all adding character but do take care.

The open plan sitting-room overlooks the lovely enclosed garden.

The master bedroom, as with the other bedrooms, has painted floorboards and original cottage doors.

A well-designed kitchen makes the most of the space with a walk-in larder at the far end.

Coming in through the garden-room, the hall is as prettily presented as the rest of the house.

This bedroom also has a double bed and overlooks the garden.

The bathroom is really pretty - a three-quarter sized bath fits perfectly and you have the flexibility of a shower too (there is also a downstairs WC).

Kentisbury Cottage is tucked down a private lane on the edge of the village. The shop and one of the two pubs are a perfect five minute stroll away.

There is a stable-door to the back of the cottage where you can park your car.

This is Woolacombe Beach. It adjoins Putsborough Beach and this wonderful stretch of sand is the closest to the cottage.

This is the twin bedroom. Please take care of the step outside the bedroom door, to the inset landing at the top of the stairs.

The garden-room enjoys a view over the south-facing garden and is a lovely peaceful place to sit with a coffee before starting the day.
