The patio is a great sun-trap and with the French windows wide open the light fills the sitting-room. You can see the walled garden beyond.

The ground floor is a cheerful open plan layout, with steps down to the kitchen-area.

The kitchen is part of the open plan layout and accessed by steps down. The kitchen is well is equipped to cook up a storm or the holiday fry up!

The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. This is the master bedroom with its super-king size bed.

Fig Tree Cottage sits in a walled garden and is very private and sunny.

The open plan living-room has French windows out to the patio and walled garden.

The kitchen is fitted around three sides of this room and so is a very practical and open space.

Appledore sits opposite Instow and a passenger ferry runs between the two during summer months.

North Devon is renowned for its incredible coastline, miles and miles for all the family to enjoy. Great for surfing, kite surfing and walking. This is the beach at Instow.

Catch the passenger ferry from Bideford Quay for a day of birdwatching on Lundy Island.

Charming Clovelly is a short car journey away.

Sit and admire the view from the harbour at Clovelly.

Have a day of adventure at North Devon Wake Park where you can wakeboard, paddle board or enjoy the giant aquapark!
