The sunny kitchen/breakfast-room overlooks the back garden.

Plenty of room for all to chill out and relax in the sitting-room.

The sitting-room enjoys views out across to the Castle.

Castle View has three lovely bedrooms and there is also a fourth room, which can be used as a cot-room or for storing your luggage.

Treat yourself to a cream tea in the Cornish sunshine.

There are views across to Launceston Castle.

A lovely, light space with pleasant views to boot.

The dining-room leads off from the kitchen/breakfast-room. Castle View also has a useful utility-room.

The separate dining-room has patio doors leading out to the garden.

There is lovely artwork throughout Castle View.

Bedroom 1, with a double bed, enjoys the views of Launceston Castle and majestic Dartmoor beyond.

Bedroom 2 has a 'zip and link' bed, so can either be set up as twin beds or....

Bedroom 3 also has a double bed and looks over the back garden.

The back garden is fully enclosed so you can relax whilst the children play outside.

The pretty market town of Launceston is overlooked by a Norman castle.

Explore Bodmin Moor and look out for the Cheesewring.

The north coast has some stunning sandy beaches, this one is Bude.

Bude sea pool for sheltered swimming at any time of year.

Walkers will be spoilt for choice along the coast.

Discover Dartmoor either by bike or on foot.

Hire canoes at Cotehele Quay and enjoy messing about on the River Tamar.

The historic house and gardens at Lanhydrock are beautiful. There's also a great network of cycle trails to discover.

Enjoy some traditional seaside fun at the fishing resort of Looe.
